In Startrick, the Pre-Sales Consultant plays a key role in helping SME business owners succeed. The advice you provide and the professionalism you demonstrate have a significant impact on your technology success rate. Providing clients with a wide perspective on technology has bugs and that every technology must undergo an in-depth requirement study before we can make a proposal.


  • Provide technical assistance and guidance during pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
  • To attend meetings with sales team.
  • Coordinate presales and end user during requirement gathering for proposal submission purpose.
  • Follow up and ensure time response to all enquiries.
  • Work closely with operation and development team to ensure the completeness of each deal.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationship with clients by exploring specific needs or anticipating new opportunities.
  • Suggest new marketing concepts.

To Be a Part of Startrick

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related courses.
  • At least 3-4 years if experience in Sales, Marketing, UIUX or related field (Preferably in IT industry)
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • Excellent time management, planning skills
  • Creative, analytical and processing a strong commitment to excellence
  • Proficient in strategic marketing, research and sales skills
  • Hard skills on office suites
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team.
  • English / Mandarin speaker
